It’s essential to process the information that comes up – or any emotional traumas you may be feeling – in order to realize this evolution. I will help you work through what’s surfacing to overcome any overwhelm and provide some clarity.

Essential oils are the essence of a plant, a gift from the earth, distilled and prepared for you to bring the power of nature into your health and home.  Each essential oil has the regenerative, protective and immune-strengthening properties of the plant it comes from.
