Spiritual healing can come at any time – it’s a part of consciousness evolution. It’s essential to process the information that comes up – or any emotional traumas you may be feeling – in order to realize this evolution. I will help you work through what’s surfacing to overcome any overwhelm and provide some clarity.
Typically when you have something surfacing, you’ll have a feeling – sometimes this feeling is subtle, sometimes it can be highly overwhelming. In order to make sense out of it, I can help move energy through you. Intuitive readings and Reiki work in combination and will help start your process of working with Spirit to move through this particular time or experience.

Essential oils are the essence of a plant, a gift from the earth, distilled and prepared for you to bring the power of nature into your health and home. Each essential oil has the regenerative, protective and immune-strengthening properties of the plant it comes from.
